HOW THIS UNLOCKS
Fundraising is a privilege earned through demonstrated performance, not a default feature. Two layers of gating apply:

ACCOUNT GATE
Established tier, ≥1 complete series delivered, ≥60% completion rate, ≥500 followers, and account in good standing.

PER-SERIES GATE
On each series: first 2–3 episodes published free (delivery lock) AND those episodes cleared the like/vote threshold (demand lock).
Only when both gates pass simultaneously does Fund the Next Chapter appear on that series.
